Jointly hosted by solicitors Hill Dickinson and The Medical Mediation Foundation, "Mediating conflict in health and social care: opportunities for engagement and resolution" brings together speakers with first-hand experience of managing and mediating conflict between patients, parents and family members to share their perspective on how mediation works to resolve disputes, with and without the need to involve the courts.
